    Nothing in your life has meaning until you give it meaning. We’re diving into how that impacts our life and how we can use this information to create the life we want.

    • Observe yourself and your thoughts as if you are observing a child.

      • We expect children to learn through experience (“messing up”) - we don’t outgrow that method of learning.

    • The meaning you give to things will determine how you feel and how you behave.

    • You have to feel the emotion and release it from your body before you can effectively choose a new thought/meaning/feeling.

    • Don’t get stuck. Don’t judge yourself too harshly.

      • This is a tool to make your life better. This is not to give you more reasons for self-judgement.

  • As you observe your thoughts and the meaning you give - remember that there is no right or wrong meaning to give. Accept whatever you’re thinking and feeling, allow it in your body, then, decide a different way to move forward if there’s room for greater alignment.
