Intro. to Emotion in Spirituality

  • In this weeks introduction of Feelings February, we learn about our emotions - how do they work, what do we need to know?

    This episode will discuss how to move on from a negative feeling and how to find peace in our lives. 

    • The difficulty of being a human and having to experience fear and love at the same time can be tough. Fear is addictive and easy to practice. Love is the default emotion for humans, but we often have work to bring ourselves back to loving emotions.

    • You can move on from a negative feeling by understanding where it's located in your body and then replacing it with a higher frequency emotion. 

    • The purpose of emotional release techniques is to get rid of lower-frequency emotions which can help with overall healing and your soul’s journey.

    • You are ALWAYS feeling. You may not know what you're feeling, you may not be able to name it, or locate it in your body, but you are ALWAYS feeling. You may as well use it to your advantage ;)
